Shipping Cycle
 • Cycle 1: Orders placed Monday–Wednesday
‣ Shipped together by Thursday
 • Cycle 2: Orders placed Thursday–Sunday
‣ Shipped together by Monday

💡 You can combine multiple orders within the same cycle and pay shipping only once.

Pay Shipping Once Per Cycle
 • First order of the cycle: normal shipping fee applies.
 • Additional orders in the same cycle:
Use OFFSET CODE 2ndOrder at checkout to waive the extra shipping charge.

Example:
Order Monday → pay shipping.
Order Wednesday → use 2ndOrder → no extra shipping.

Processing & Delivery
 • Parcels ship the next business day after each cycle ends.
 • Tracking numbers will be emailed/SMSed once dispatched.
 • Delivery times: typically 1–4 working days within Singapore (international varies by courier).

Shipping Insurance
 • All parcels are insured up to SGD $100 against loss or damage while in transit.
 • To help us file a claim with the courier, please record a clear video while opening your parcel.
 • The video should show the sealed package, shipping label, and the full unboxing.
 • Claims without an unboxing video may be harder to process
