• Shipping Schedule: All Malaysian parcels are shipped in the 1st week of every month (You may of course, request to ship immediately, but you would have to pay for shipping again for your next order)
• Collation Window: You may accumulate orders for up to 1 month to save on shipping
• Extended Hold Option:
  
• If you order near the end of a month, you may request for us to hold your parcel until the following month’s cycle (so your items will ship in the month after next).
• Example: Order on 28 Sept → request to hold → parcel will ship in November’s 1st week batch.
• Hits Only: We ship only hits (❌ no bulk, ❌ no sealed products)
• Flat Rates:
  
• West Malaysia → SGD $10
• East Malaysia → SGD $15
  
• Multiple Orders: Pay shipping once. For additional orders before your parcel ships, use code 2ndOrder at checkout
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, parcels take up to 7 working days to reach you
• Insurance: Covered up to SGD $100 (📹 please record an unboxing video to support courier claims if needed)
• Customs: Any Malaysian import taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer
