Sawadeekard operates on a rip-and-ship + order consolidation model.

🔹 Ripped Products (Livestream Orders)

• Products opened during livestreams can be stored and consolidated
• Shipping is charged based on your first order
• You may continue adding orders before requesting shipment

• Sealed products (not opened on stream) are shipped per order
• Shipping charges apply for each sealed order
• Sealed items are not eligible for consolidation

💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are charged based on your first order.

Estimated Flat Rates:

• Brunei: $30 SGD
• Indonesia: 350,000 IDR
• West Malaysia: RM33
• East Malaysia: RM50
• Philippines: 1,200 PHP
• Thailand: 380 THB
• Vietnam: 320,000 VND

• Card grading outcomes or condition expectations

📹 Claim Requirements

To support any insurance claim, customers must:

• Record a clear, continuous unboxing video
• Start recording before opening the parcel
• Show the parcel condition and contents clearly

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in claim rejection.

• Maximum claimable amount is capped at SGD $100 per shipment
• No additional insurance coverage is available

📦 Order Storage & Consolidation

We allow customers to store and consolidate orders over time.

However:

• Customers are responsible for requesting shipment when ready
• We may request shipment if storage exceeds a reasonable duration
• We are not liable for long-term storage risks

🌐 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international customers are responsible for:

• Import taxes
• Customs duties
• Any additional fees imposed by their country

Sawadeekard is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.
